Can you share a positive example of where you’ve felt loved?

There are so many things you can do to show someone you care. Everyone has different combinations of how they feel loved, and learning what those are for an individual is another way of showing love. By discovering their favorite things and learning what makes them tick, you show love.

Relationships are give and take, and it isn’t healthy for a relationship to be all give or all take. The best relationships are equally both. You also need at least three people in a group to ensure that it is an unselfish type of love, where each person can divide their attention between at least two other parties without jealousy.

I encourage you today to think about how you love yourself and others, and how others want to be loved. Change the world, one person at a time.
