Where did your name come from?

My name is Sara Elisabeth. Both names come from the Hebrew, of Biblical origin.

Sara: means Princess or Mother of Nations. I just go with Princess most of the time. I love that this name reminds me that I am a princess in God’s eyes and valuable in a different way than the world wants us to believe.

Elisabeth: God’s House. This tells me I am a temple of God and I need to treat my body right, inside and out, and use my spirit to bring glory to God. To cast out self and let God’s love shine out from me.

Sara Elisabeth: Together, these names mean Princess in God’s House. I love the meaning of these names because this is truly my greatest desire. To forever praise my Creator and Redeemer who sees me as infinitely worthy, more than even His own life. That will be the sweetest day of all.
